Yoga - Hatha and Restorative


The first half of the class will be active yoga with clear alignment awareness for safe practice and optimal experience of the pose. The second half will a restorative practice with extended time in prop supported postures. This allows the body to digest the poses that have come before while fostering release of stress and deep relaxation. An emphasis is placed on listening to your own body and making modifications and adjustments as needed. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as for those with prior yoga experience.
