Ballet Sculpt


This 60 minute ballet-inspired sculpting class is designed for all bodies, with absolutely no previous dance experience required.  Blending strength training, ballet, Pilates, and yoga; you will experience a high energy workout that increases muscular endurance and improves flexibility.
