With fun and motiviating music, a fun exercise program in the shallow and deep ends of the pool. Enjoy a full body exercise regimen while working on the core and posture, building strength, increasing range of motion, and improving your overall cardiovascular health. You don't need to be a swimmer, but should feel comfortable in the water.
