Pilates Intensive - Discover Your Core
Description: Would you like a better understanding of your “core”? This Pilates workshop will thoroughly explore and explain the core: what is meant by “core”, which muscles build the core, why these muscles are so important in everyday life, and how we can engage these muscles during a Pilates class. After this theoretical exploration we will then apply these principles during the practical component of the workshop, through a Pilates lesson. While participating in this guided Pilates session, you will learn correct engagement of the core muscles and will have the opportunity to integrate your mental and physical understanding of the core.
