Gluteus

To begin this stretch:

  • Lie down on your back with your arms at your side and your knees bent at about a 90 degrees angle.
  • Cross one leg over the other leg.

To stretch:

  • Lift the leg off the ground still holding the cross leg in place.
  • Take both hands and grab the back of your leg.
  • Pull your leg toward your chest until you feel a mild discomfort.
