Lateral Thigh
To begin the stretch:
- Lie down on your back.
- Keep one leg out straight and bend the other leg.
- Keep your hands out to your side for balance.
To Stretch:
- Lift the bent leg so that it is at 90 degrees.
- Bring the bent leg over the other leg and let it rest on top of the straight leg.
- Place your hand on the ground to keep your balance.
- Keep your shoulder blades flat on the ground as you perform this stretch.
