Lateral Thigh

To begin the stretch:

  • Lie down on your back.
  • Keep one leg out straight and bend the other leg.
  • Keep your hands out to your side for balance.

To Stretch:

  • Lift the bent leg so that it is at 90 degrees.
  • Bring the bent leg over the other leg and let it rest on top of the straight leg.
  • Place your hand on the ground to keep your balance.
  • Keep your shoulder blades flat on the ground as you perform this stretch.
