"IT" Band

To begin the stretch:

  • Find a stone wall or a bench or anywhere you can lie down.
  • Place the bottom arm straight out so that your head can rest on top of it.
  • With the other hand hold on to the bench for balance.

To Stretch:

  • Bring the top leg behind the bottom leg and let it hang until you feel a stretch.
  • Do not force the leg down to get a better stretch.
