"IT" Band
To begin the stretch:
- Find a stone wall or a bench or anywhere you can lie down.
- Place the bottom arm straight out so that your head can rest on top of it.
- With the other hand hold on to the bench for balance.
To Stretch:
- Bring the top leg behind the bottom leg and let it hang until you feel a stretch.
- Do not force the leg down to get a better stretch.
